Madison - Emerge welcomes 3 new members to the Emerge Wisconsin State Board – Emerge Alumna and County Board Chairwoman Tara Johnson (La Crosse) Class of 2010; Alumna Margo Miller (Portage) Class of 2009; and Alumna Lashell Drake (Brown Deer) Class of 2012.
