Lohr has been a teacher for 16 years, spending the past 13 years teaching global studies at West Bend West High School. She is currently Chair of the Democratic Party of Washington County and a recent graduate of Emerge, a leadership training program for Democratic women interested in running for public office. She is married to fellow teacher, Andy Kougl.

Margo was born and raised in Western Wisconsin. She had a large family that taught her the value of hard work and supporting each other. Eventually she traveled the country, met her late husband, and moved back to Wisconsin. She settled in Portage to raise her two sons and start a painting business. Margo became involved in politics because of the healthcare issues her family faced. She recognized the need for affordable healthcare for all people, regardless of pre-existing conditions.

Lisa Subeck has been a Madison resident for 25 years. She moved to Madison in 1989 to attend the University of Wisconsin, where she graduated with her Bachelors Degree in 1993. Upon graduation, Lisa decided to make Madison her home and became involved in her community through volunteer work. In addition to volunteering as a mentor through Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Dane County, Lisa has volunteered with the YWCA Racial Justice programs and at the Wisconsin Youth and Family Center.

Anissa graduated in 1990 from UW-Whitewater. She has three children Kayla, Jake and Teddy. The family has lived in the City of Milton for ten years. Anissa has been employed by Rock County for 20 years and is a Juvenile Probation Officer. She has been actively involved in the Rock County community and City of Milton.Anissa is a 2012 graduate of Emerge Wisconsin.Anissa has donated her time to the Salvation Army, ECHO, Rotary Gardens, Rock County and Milton Community Gardens, Milton Optimists, Independence Day Committee and Milton Youth Coaltion.

Kelly Westlund grew up in a military family and spent much of her life in the southern part of the country. She finally settled in northern Wisconsin after earning her degree from Northland College in Ashland and marrying a local, Caleb, who is a carpenter and avid hunter and fisherman.
She went on to work with a local nonprofit organization focused on sustainable community and economic development, coordinating various projects related to energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Former State Representative - District 85

Born and raised in Wausau, Mandy grew up exploring the woods and Wisconsin River near her childhood home north of Wausau, and enjoyed reading, always reading.  She attended Riverview Elementary and earned Varsity letters as  cross-country ski captain, goalie and captain of the girls' soccer team, and the football kicker.  After graduating from Wausau East, she studied English and Norwegian, receiving her B.A. from St.
