La Tonya Johnson currently serves as the State Senator for the 6th Senate District. She is the former representative for the 17th District in the Wisconsin State Assembly. La Tonya is the mother of a beautiful daughter named Sydney, and has been the owner of an In-Home Licensed childcare center, Executive Board member for AFSCME District Council 48, President of AFSCME Local 502 Milwaukee Child Care Providers Together and Chair of AFSCME's Women Committee.

Lohr has been a teacher for 16 years, spending the past 13 years teaching global studies at West Bend West High School. She is currently Chair of the Democratic Party of Washington County and a recent graduate of Emerge, a leadership training program for Democratic women interested in running for public office. She is married to fellow teacher, Andy Kougl.

Madison City Council Alder, District 11

Arvina Martin is the first Native American elected to the Madison City Council. Martin also serves as the chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin's American Indian Caucus.

Margo was born and raised in Western Wisconsin. She had a large family that taught her the value of hard work and supporting each other. Eventually she traveled the country, met her late husband, and moved back to Wisconsin. She settled in Portage to raise her two sons and start a painting business. Margo became involved in politics because of the healthcare issues her family faced. She recognized the need for affordable healthcare for all people, regardless of pre-existing conditions.
