Lincoln County Supervisor District 19

Julie Allen was elected to the seat of Lincoln County Supervisor District 19 in 2014. She represents the towns of Birch, King (Ward 2), and Skanawan and sits on the Finance & Insurance and Land Services Committees. Allen was previously elected Treasurer of King in 2011 and 2013. 

Columbus School Board Director and Chair of the Columbia County Democratic Party

Arnold is a retired social worker who is serving her second term on the Columbus School Board as vice-president.  She and her family have lived in her home town since 2009 after residing in Plover for 20 years where she worked as a school social worker. She is active in the community, volunteering at the Columbus Hospital and the VA Hospital in Madison, and belongs to the local Historical Society and Friends of the Library. She is a member of the Columbia County Democratic Party Executive Board.

Carol was born and raised in Platteville, Wisconsin and remained in the area through high school, college, and her career. Carol’s experience on the Grant County Board, career at UW-Platteville, as well as her extensive work with Badger Camp, a local non-profit organization, have provided her with the skills and experience necessary to bring positive change to Wisconsin.

Penny Bernard Schaber has lived in the Fox Valley for more than 28 years. She has been married to her husband Dale for over 22 years. They both enjoy gardening and working or hiking on the Ice Age Trail. Together they finished hiking the whole Ice Age Trail in 2005.
Penny has been a physical therapist for 32 years, working in hospitals, nursing homes, pubic schools and in private practice.
Penny was elected to the State Assembly in 2008 and re-elected in 2010 and 2012.

Representative Jill Billings was elected to the State Legislature in November of 2011 in a special election following the recall election of Jennifer Shilling to the State Senate.  She was reelected to the State Assembly in 2012.  Rep.

Rep. Dianne Hesselbein possesses a rich background of public service beginning with her 2005 election to the Middleton Cross Plains Area School District Board of Education. In 2008 she was elected to the Dane County Board of Supervisors and still serves today.

La Tonya Johnson is a the representative for the 17th District in the Wisconsin State Assembly. La Tonya is the mother of a beautiful daughter named Sydney, and has been the owner of an In-Home Licensed childcare center, Executive Board member for AFSCME District Council 48, President of AFSCME Local 502 Milwaukee Child Care Providers Together and Chair of AFSCME's Women Committee.
