Erin Forrest, Executive Director

Erin E. Forrest is the Executive Director of Emerge Wisconsin, an organization dedicated to inspiring Democratic women to run for office and teaching them the skills they need to win. Before joining Emerge, Erin served on the Waterloo City Council, as Chair of the Democratic Party of Jefferson County, and Chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin's County Chairs' Association. Erin lives in Waterloo with her daughter, Paxton and son, Nevin.

Briana Schwabenbauer, Program Coordinator

Briana Schwabenbauer is a graduate of Emerge Wisconsin's 2016 class. She recently worked for the National Education Association in the Center for Campaigns and Elections on the 2016 Presidential race, engaging voters in south central Wisconsin to get out and vote for Hillary Clinton. She grew up in Holmen, Wisconsin, where she had her first taste of politics field organizing for a progressive school board candidate in 2013. She has experience field organizing, developing digital and social media campaigns, and messaging with candidates up and down the ballot. She is a current student at UW-Madison studying Elementary Education and lives in Madison.
